draft → Word (.docx) & PDF — build new, convert to ThirdEye's template, or match any template you give it

Convert an existing proposal into the ThirdEye template

Upload a proposal you already have (.docx or .pdf) and it'll be reformatted to match the ThirdEye Data proposal document template — no manual copy-pasting into sections. A PDF is converted to Word first, behind the scenes.

Best-effort conversion: complex layouts (multi-column pages, footnotes, headers/footers from the source file) may not carry over exactly. Review the output before sending it to a client.

Reformat one document to match another's look

Upload the document whose content you want to keep, and a separate target template document whose look you want to match. The output keeps your content but adopts the target's fonts, colors and table style. Works with Word (.docx), PDF, or PowerPoint (.pptx) — a PDF is converted to Word first and treated the same as a .docx from there. Pair a Word/PDF file with another Word/PDF file, or two PowerPoint files together; the output comes back as a .docx (or .pptx if both sides were PowerPoint).

Style match, not a structural clone: for Word files, this matches the target's fonts/colors/table conventions onto this app's own proven layout rather than the target's own page structure, since two arbitrary documents rarely share one to map content between. For PowerPoint files, your content deck's own slides, layout and images stay exactly as they are — only fonts, theme colors and table styling are recolored to match the target deck. Review the output before sending it to a client.
